About the role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MRO engineering products and consumables combined with proven sales experience. You will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, providing expert technical advice, and driving revenue growth. Working Hours: 41 hours per week Monday to Friday including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota basis Key responsibilities as our Internal Sales will include: Efficient response to incoming enquiries and orders Achieve profitable sale of goods across the product range, up-selling as appropriate Prompt follow-up on customer enquiries not immediately resolved Prepare quotes in response to customer requirements Utilise Hayley s bespoke IT system to accurately identify, source and price ..... full job details .....
