We operate across Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, and we utilise the latest technology to ensure that we not only deliver a great experience for our customers, but for our colleagues as well. We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our newly formed Small Works Team, and to be responsible for the day-to-day line management of mobile operatives delivering small works, and contractual management of any associated sub- contractors. working in both void properties and our customers homes; and to be an effective member of the IHMS management team. You will be an effective supervisor, who is able to challenge performance, drive continuous improvement, and support a culture which is health, safety, environmental, quality and customer focused within your team.
