We are currently accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals who wish to work as a Home Manager in a children's residential service in Garristown, Dublin . Successful candidates will manage the home in accordance with its Statement of Purpose and ensure the maintenance of a safe and caring environment in accordance with relevant childcare legislation, national standards, and our clients' Policies and Procedures. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum Level 8 degree in Social Care/Work 4 years’ experience of working in a social care environment with children A full clean driving licence with access to own transport. Up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding Experience of multi-disciplinary working with a range of professionals in the industry Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines.
