Due to continued growth our client now has an opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer/ Paralegal to join their in-house property team. The Role Reporting to the company Solicitor heading the Plot Team Direct responsibility for managing and running your own case load of plot sales (including part- exchange acquisitions and releases ) Preparing individual plot documentation and part exchange title reports You will build relationships with purchaser s solicitors, and the Group Legal Department and regional operating companies Attending meetings with the sales team to review caseload Dealing with post completion matters such as SDLT returns and land Registration where necessary Advising and assisting on issues which arise during plot sales and part exchange transactions and where appropriate, dealing with plot sales and part exchange transactions Dealing with lease/transfer variations and reversion sales Dealing with the recovery of retentions (Non- litigious) Handling post completion matters such as SDLT returns and Land Registration where necessary Carrying our AML checks Candidate You will be an experienced and ..... full job details .....
