Industrious Recruitment are seeking a Team Leader for a client in the Dunstable area. This is a permanent position. This is a Panama shift pattern. Main purpose of job: Co-ordination of daily production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision and Leadership: o Lead, motivate, and guide a team of production workers to achieve daily production targets. o Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal use of resources. o Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. o Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Production Oversight: o Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. o Ensure production schedules are followed, and deadlines are achieved. o Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner. o Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows. Quality Assurance: o Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications of all products made on the shift. o Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain product quality. o Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
