You''ll play a key role in advising and delivering retrofit projects that aim to reduce carbon emissions and improve energy performance. If you''re looking for the next step in your career amongst a team of specialists, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities of this Retrofit Assessor role:Conduct detailed energy assessments and surveys of existing properties to assess suitability for retrofit improvements.Advise clients on appropriate energy-saving measures, including insulation, heating systems, ventilation, and renewable energy sources.Prepare comprehensive Retrofit Assessments and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).Ensure compliance with building regulations and government schemes (e.g., PAS2035).Provide expert recommendations for energy efficiency upgrades and ensure effective implementation of retrofit measures.Key Skills and Qualifications required to be considered for this retrofit assessor:Qualified Retrofit Assessor.(Ideally) DEA qualified.Experience in energy assessments and knowledge of retrofit standards.In-depth understanding of energy efficiency measures, building regulations, and relevant sustainability policies.Experience with energy modelling software is desirable but not essential.The Retrofit Assessor selected will be ..... full job details .....
