Focused on social-purpose, communities, and the well-being of customers is at the heart of their mission.Your new roleWe are looking for a motivated Disrepair Surveyor to join the team on an initial interim basis, with the potential for further extension, or for the role to become permanent. As a Disrepair Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys and inspections of properties, specifically undertaking defect diagnosis associated with damp and mould, or major defects. You will produce detailed reports, providing expert advice and recommendations to ensure that all homes are safe. In addition, acting on behalf of your employer, you may be required to respond to legal claims, or attend court hearings.What you will need to succeed:You will need to demonstrate proven experience working in a Disrepair Surveyor or Building Surveyor role previously.
