General maintenance duties as and when required emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes. What you''ll need to succeed Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. Any relevant qualifications required e.g. Level 3 Award, CandG 18th Edition or equivalent. Knowledge of Health and Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
