THE ROLE: Overall you will lead fundraising activities and marketing strategies to generate sustainable income through various efforts, especially targeting the Russian-speaking community in the UK and Europe. This includes:Manage large-scale fundraising events and digital campaigns.Enhance donor engagement and maintain communications across different platforms.Report on fundraising performance and support operational activities. KEY SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: Proficiency in both Russian and English.Experience in fundraising and marketing, preferably within charity sectors.Must be able to travel to London regularly.
