Quality Assurance SpecialistExcellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance specialist to work within our expanding supply chain team to develop our quality assurance activity. This new role will advance our QA program, working closely with our internal supply chain, compliance and product functions as well as external partners to develop our compliance and controls whilst adhering to relevant regulatory standards.Key responsibilities include:1. Maintain and monitor quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, internal and customer-specific requirements2. Develop SOPs for Quality Control processes, to support onsite QC activities3. Report on quality conformance process and inspections across internal and supply base production processes4. Oversee adherence to quality regulatory standards5. Assist in the preparation and successful execution of internal and third-party audits6. Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance and improvement program, providing a CAPA approach to quality within the company7. Prepare and review documentation for regulatory and customer requirements8. Develop, analyse, and report on Quality KPIs and Metrics for the business9. Drive a continuous improvement program and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and reporting10. Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve quality and/or production challengesThe successful candidate will have:1. ISO Quality Monitoring and Measurement, Quality Assurance, or related training2. High degree of numeracy, with an emphasis on detail and numbers3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA role4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse data and develop concise dashboards and reporting5. Knowledge of QA in the textile industry a distinct advantage6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills8.
