The role is initially offered on a temporary basis with scope to become permanent. Responsibilities of the Hostel Team Leader include:Working alongside Local Authorities Housing Options service, utilising the online referrals and allocations processProviding a dual function of housing related support and intensive housing management to service usersProviding and promoting practical and emotional support in order to assist in the development of life skills, and enabling service users to move on into independent accommodationLine managing the Supported Housing Officer team working within temporary accommodation, including hostel staffProviding monthly and quarterly reports to Heads of ServiceProviding telephone support in emergencies Essential criteria of the Hostel Team Leader include:Enhanced DBSExperience within a similar positionUK driving license and access to own ..... full job details .....
