We participate in a range of leisure activities, educational interests and social opportunities which offer positive challenges within a safe and structured environment.Daily responsibilitiesTo support and meet the needs of the young people in our care and for the direct allocated support on a waking night shift.To help young people take responsibility for themselves and to act responsibly towards others; in accordance with the Children Act 1989.Making sure health and safety standards in the home are being met and that you are keeping on top of the upkeep of the home.Administrative work and keeping a record information that impacts the daily running of the home.To ensure that young people carry as much responsibility for their own lives as they can, keeping them informed of their circumstances and rights, involving them in planning their lives, supporting them and helping them towards taking greater control and responsibilityHousehold Responsibilities:Ensuring the young people are looked after at night safely and securelyTo ensure that the maintenance of the house is at a good standard by caring for all equipment and the overall environment.
