Your responsibilities will include:Processing payroll accurately and on time for a company with around 600 employees.Managing financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations.Preparing financial reports and assisting with audits.Collaborating with HR and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues.Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures.Assisting with month-end procedures.Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations and Assisting with Preparation of Management Accountants.What You Will Need To SucceedTo excel in this role, you will need:Proven experience in finance and payroll management.Strong knowledge of payroll software and financial systems.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting.What You Will Be OfferedA competitive salary of up to £38,000 DOE.Comprehensive ..... full job details .....
