We are looking for temporary administration cover in the customer service department of our client in the Pride Park area in Derby, a leading manufacturer in the medical industry. 
 
You will be joining the on site customer service team to support in answering and diverting calls, responding to customer queries over the phone and via e-mail, and helping with any ad hoc admin duties in the department. 
 
You will need to have had administrative experience in a front line customer service roles, preferably in a medical manufacturing industry. 
 
You must be able to commute to DE21 for a minimum of an 8 week period however contract could be extended or become ongoing for the right candidate.
