We are seeking dedicated Support Workers and Senior Support Workers for our client to provide compassionate care at a care home near Gainsborough.These are permanent and full-time positions, offering on average 38 hours a week. Your rota will include weekends, evenings, days, nights, and bank holidays so you must be fully flexible and willing to work to the needs of the business.In a warm and supportive environment, you will be given all the support and training you need to succeed in your role, with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your role.Main responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, providing companionship and emotional support, and ensuring a safe environment for the service users to thrive.Previous experience is preferred but non essential - what is important is a patient approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to improve someone''s life through your actions.You need to be able to obtain a DBS certificate.Driving license preferred.
