This role will focus on redesigning, restructuring, and governing a commercially sustainable and community-focused leisure and culture offer. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of these services, ensuring they meet both financial goals and community needs.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead the diagnostic, redesign, and implementation of a new operating model and staffing structure for Leisure and Culture services.Provide strategic direction to ensure the offer is robust, financially sustainable, and community-centric. Operational Oversight: Develop and execute a plan for delivering a traded Leisure and Culture service that is innovative and competitive.Optimize income streams and assess opportunities for new products, services, and operational efficiencies.
