This contractor is seeing continuous growth with an enviable client base throughout the UK operating across various sectors including Health, Aviation, Leisure and Commercial projects. The Mechanical Contracts Manager role entails: Ensuring projects / contractual requirements are delivered on time and within budget. Procurement of relevant plant, materials and subcontractor packages. Responsible for the project team, staff management, control of labour and coordination. Meeting with clients on a regular basis. Liaise with the client and contractor on the project delivery. Ordering and managing products / machinery for site. What the successful Mechanical Contracts Manager requires: Applicants must have a clean driving licence. Previous experience managing mechanical projects Mechanical Engineering degree or Mechanical Trades qualification. PC literate with competency in MS Office. Health and Safety Knowledge.
