You will be predominately site based on large commercial and residential contracts for FTSE 100 clients. Our client seeks someone with: Experience of taking ownership of a contract from tender stage, right through procurement and management of subcontracts to final account Excellent legal understanding with knowledge of handling standard forms of contract particularly knowledge and understanding of running Turnkey Design and Build Fit out contracts Thorough understanding of budgets and financial constraints Good communication, commercial and organisation skills essential MEP Experience Experience working for a Subcontractor. Initially, the successful individual will be working on large tenders, taking any secured through to site.
