Redstone Recruitment are looking for an Estimating Administrator to join a busy heritage restoration company in London. THE ROLE: You will need to have over six months office based experience and possess excellent communication skills. You will need to thrive under pressure as part of a busy team of estimators. You will provide various administration services within the estimating team to ensure submissions are delivered on time. It would be preferable if you have held a similar role, but not essential. ESSENTIAL: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook. Experience of Causeway Estimating Software (preferable). Able to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication Skills. Able to pass security clearance for government and royal buildings RESPONSIBILITIES: Taking incoming calls and directing to the relevant department. Scheduling meetings, downloading documents and setting up tenders. Printing off necessary paperwork. Managing sub-contractor enquiry processes and arranging site visits Chasing up quotes from sub-contractors. Following up offers and tenders expected. Entering subcontract prices on to estimating system. Ensuring that all tenders are logged and submitted. Updating and maintaining CRM and Estimating Systems. Setting up new jobs when secured.
