Chef de Partie salary 29,000 - 32,000 + tips of around 500 per year. This is a great opportunity to work with high end produce and learn new dishes.The role: As a Chef de Partie you will prepare your dishes and ensure your fridge is ready for service. In service you will cook a range of dishes on your section, ensuring they arrive at the pass on time and in coordination with the other sections. You will present your dishes to a Rosette/Award winning level. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties.
