You will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer contacts in response to customer emergencies and general queries. Your key responsibilities will consist of the following: Handle incoming and outbound telephone calls effectively in an effective and efficient way Assist in the administration and planning of maintenance work and customer connection planning Handle and resolve customer complaints in line with company values Respond effectively to reported emergencies and recording of customer data Highly proficient in data inputting and assisting with administrative tasks Updating connection, metering and service information on company systems What you''ll need to succeed Essentials At least one year''s experience working in a customer service role which includes dealing with telephone queries OR At least one year''s experience in a retail environment OR At least one year''s experience in an administrative position Excellent IT skills ..... full job details .....
