What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience delivering pre-planned lessons effectively to secondary-aged students.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Flexibility to teach a range of subjects as needed.
• A passion for teaching and building positive relationships with students and staff.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Covering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Ensuring pupils are engaged and supported in their learning.
• Managing behaviour effectively to create a positive classroom environment.
• Providing feedback to the school on student progress and any incidents.
