Key Responsibilities: Caseload Management Support:Assist the Team Leader/Senior Conveyancer in managing a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, transfers, and completion statements.Prepare files for exchange and completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.Conduct legal research and gather necessary documentation to support transactions.
