We are currently seeking a Temporary HR Business Partner to join a well established organisation to start early January. This is a great opportunity for an HR expert looking to make an impact and contribute to key HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with senior leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives. Provide advice and support to managers on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation. Oversee performance management processes, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Contribute to organisational change and transformation efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining strong employee engagement. Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, recruitment, employee development, and policy implementation. Use HR data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role. Immediate or short notice availability Strong knowledge of UK employment law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of the broader business context.
