You will support and mentor design team members, addressing any queries or issues they may have. Your role will involve analysing current design processes and procedures, implementing improvements, and developing work instructions and operating procedures to support production processes. You will investigate engineering problems, implement solutions and corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying potential enhancements in design, processes, and manufacturing techniques.
