Gates and Barriers Manager Company based in Wokingham £45k-£55k doe Role and Responsibilities My client are looking for a motivated individual with hands-on experience in Automation Installation and Products including Gates, Barriers and Rising Bollards. This exciting role based in the South East is an opportunity to move into a Senior Management position and help a successful business grow during its next phase of development. Good IT literacy and clear communication skills are important, along with ability to manage the technical and installation teams on a day to day basis. Highly customer focused to ensure that Customers expectations are managed and being innovative with technical solutions to run a busy engineering department. Conversant with Health and Safety processes in general and the requirement of Gate Safety in particular, the successful candidate will use their working knowledge to ensure the Automation Engineering team are working in accordance with the latest Standards. You will need to be a strong team player, understanding the power of teamwork and the importance of leading the ethos and direction of the business. In return, you will join Senior Management and participate in formulating the Companies strategic direction going forward.
