Key Responsibilities Prepare accounts for the Principal regularly and upon request. Monitor and maintain accurate financial records using Sage and Excel. Deliver weekly management information (MI) for leadership and sales teams. File timely and accurate information with Companies House. Collaborate with the management team to ensure capital adequacy meets FCA requirements and business goals. Analyze financial variances and forecast requirements, implementing corrective actions.
