On offer is the opportunity to join a leading UK distributor of mushrooms, they supply into retailers nationwide including leading supermarkets Aldi and Co-Op and are aiming to take on more supermarkets in the near future. They currently have plans to treble their production in the next 2 years - so are looking for the next manager to increase efficiency and manage their production facility effectively. This autonomous role will see you overseeing a team of 3 multiskilled engineers, being 50% hands on, 50% office based, in charge of KPI''s such as downtime, PPE''s, stock control and continuous improvement. You will arrange pre-planned maintenance, attend breakdowns and schedule engineers work, and be hands on with conveyor''s, belt''s, platform''s, packaging and sorting machinery.
