A Part-time HR Advisor is required to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. You will be required on-site Monday - Friday, totalling 24 hours per week. Working in a small team, responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees. A key member of the HR Department, you will aid with day-to-day activities surrounding recruitment, absence management and on-boarding.As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for - Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contractsManaging and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payrollCompleting return to work, exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retentionReviewing and updating policies and proceduresAttending disciplinaries and grievances, providing note-taking and associated reportsAny general HR administration tasks as requiredIdeally for this HR Advisor role, you will have - Experience with talent managementUnderstanding of the Bradford Factor or similarStrong time management and good initiativeProven experience working in a HR roleDue to occasional site visits to a secondary site in Lye, it would be preferable for you to have your own transport.On offer for this role - Office-based part time hours; Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm (1pm Friday)Offering a salary of 20,479p/a (FTE is 32k)Health plan and training schemesIf you are interested in this Part-time HR Advisor role, please Apply today.
