Project Manager - Minor Works and Capital Project Delivery in Devon Your new company We are working with a local authority based in Devon who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a property and facilities team on an initial interim basis. This is a pivotal role in the delivery of a variety of small capital builds, refurbishments, refits, instillations and more. Your new role Your new role will involve overseeing and managing the delivery of small capital build projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest of standards. This role will involve the close management of a wide spread of stakeholders, both internal and external, as well as building contractors and consultants. Projects are deemed as minor works, carrying a value of up to £5m. What you''ll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience in project management, specifically within construction, refurbishments, and energy upgrade projects.
