This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the People strategy while managing the day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the People strategy to support business objectives.Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring seamless execution across all areas of the employee lifecycle for the UK and oversees employees.Produce comprehensive board packs and present strategic insights.Lead HR aspects of acquisitions, including managing the TUPE process.Provide coaching and support to managers and senior leaders.Foster strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislative requirements.Manage employee benefits and update company policies in line with legislative changes.What We''re Looking For:Proven experience as a Head of HR in a growing organisation.Background in private equity-backed businesses.Expertise in creating and delivering HR strategies.A proactive, hands-on approach to daily HR tasks.CIPD qualification.
