About the roleA great opportunity for an experienced QA professional to join a manufacturing site in Dublin on a hybrid basis.As a Quality Analyst, you will collaborate with the innovation project manager to ensure the overall quality of products. You will review factory evaluations, assist overseas QA teams with vendor onboarding and certification, and support the Global Sourcing team in achieving high quality and on-time delivery. This role requires a proactive, solution-driven approach and the ability to build strong partnerships across Product Development, Production, Quality, and Mills/Vendors. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of both the process and the final product.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to improve product quality.- Create and update SOPs for consistent, high-quality processes.- Oversee quality control in Distribution Centres and the Internal Testing Lab.- Work with teams to meet quality requirements for regulatory, customer, and internal standards.- Audit vendors and their processes to ensure they meet requirements and regulations.- Manage vendor audits and inspections.- Ensure manufacturing processes stay on track to meet product release dates.- Help identify and document issues that could lead to deviations from expected outcomes and create corrective action plans to resolve them.- Ensure product safety and testing through third-party labs.- Work with the Supply Chain team to address challenges and improve supplier relations.Requirements- 3-5 years of QA and factory production experience- Skilled in testing methodologies and overseeing testing labs would be an advantage- Strong knowledge of testing, construction, and manufacturing processes- Expertise in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).- Strong communication skill- Experience with textile manufacturing would be a distinct advantage- BSc in a related fieldIf you would like to find out more about this role please click the 'Apply Now' button below or reach out to Abbie on 021 230 ..... full job details .....
