The team comprises a team of highly experienced consultants with specialist knowledge in both the Public and Private Sectors, such as Aviation, Care Homes, Civil Engineering, Commercial, Education, Highways, Hotels, Infrastructure, Nuclear, Residential, Retail, Social Housing, Student Accommodation, Water and Telecommunications. Their in-depth and comprehensive understanding of construction, design and engineering enables us to be proactive and meet challenging targets. The role of a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager includes the following responsibilities: Leading service delivery and reporting directly to the relevant Director. Liaison with design teams, contractors and client representatives. Preparing estimates cost plans, cashflows and reports. Chairing and minuting Design Team Meetings, Pre-Contract Meetings, Progress Meetings and other relevant meetings. Value engineering Assisting with procurement, including drafting tender documents and preparing tender reports. Preparation of Contract Documents Preparation of monthly payment certificates and financial reporting. Administering the conditions of contract. Assessment of variations Final accounts Identifying opportunities for growth within all sectors Assisting with business development and tender preparation.
