My clients are committed to creating spaces that inspire and enhance the lives of those who use them.With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, within the Commercial, Residential, Education, Healthcare and Hospitality, typically driving projects from RIBA stage 4 onwards. Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role: Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using CAD and BIM software (Revit).Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce accurate and efficient technical solutions for various project types.Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to address technical issues and provide design solutions.Qualifications required for this Architectural Technologist role: Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Building Technology, or a related field.Proficiency in Revit.Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards.Excellent technical drawing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.Why Apply?A ..... full job details .....
