SEN Primary Teacher

The Role:

• Can showcase resilience and effective behaviour management skills, as the classroom is challenging

• Deliver tailored, engaging, and creative lessons to students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, carers, and other professionals.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Work closely with our dedicated SEN team and contribute to the wider school community.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable
• Really good behaviour management skills (challenging classroom).
• Proven experience in teaching children with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.

• An Enhance Child and Adult DBS (or willing to obtain one)
