Are you a passionate English Teacher ready to inspire students and ignite their love for language and literature£ We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our dynamic school community in Beaconsfield.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans focused on reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills, incorporating both classic and contemporary literature.
  • Create a classroom culture that encourages students to express their ideas and opinions while developing their analytical and communication skills.
  • Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:


  • A degree in English, English Literature, or a related field (a recognized teaching qualification, such as QTS, is preferred).
  • Experience teaching English or related subjects, either in previous roles or student teaching.
  • A genuine passion for literature and a dedication to helping students develop their own voices and perspectives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
