Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to inspire and support KS3 and KS4 students. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference, delivering engaging lessons, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a dynamic maths curriculum aligned with national educational standards
• Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment, using varied teaching methods to maximise student participation and understanding
• Regularly assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement
• Adjust teaching strategies to meet a range of abilities, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed
• Maintain open communication with parents and collaborate with colleagues to support student development

Requirements

• Bachelorandrsquo;s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Masterandrsquo;s degree preferred)
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a focus on secondary-level Maths
• Proven experience in curriculum development and student assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS Certificate required
