Smallworks Contract Manager 45-65k depending on experience / Stansted Our longstanding Client is looking for a Small Works Contact Manager to work within their Offices in the North Herts area close to M11 and M25 links. They successfully deliver projects across the southeast with over 30 years of experience working within numerous sectors such as schools, airports and the NHS plus private sector projects. We have been asked to find them a competent Small Works Contract Manager who is looking for a new challenge. This role will involve communicating with Clients regarding new projects, helping with the pricing of works and overseeing projects to completion. It is a multi-tasking role where you will have to multi-task making sure Clients are happy and the projects are on time and in budget.
