GBR Recruitment Ltd, are proud to be working in partnership with a leading gold standard approved Fire and Security systems installation and maintenance company, recruiting for an experienced Fire and Security Service Manager to join their Senior Management team, working out in the field managing a team of c.20 Service Engineers ensuring their work is to the highest standard and highest quality. This field based Service Manager role, will cover contracts / projects UK wide, plus potentially some in Europe too, as this Fire and Security company works with major clients across both the UK and overseas, working closely with Facilities Management companies, Interior Fit Out companies (Cat A and B Fitting), plus major corporate business directly, plus MandE contractors. Ideally you will have previously been a time-served on the tools Fire and Security Engineer, who has made the step up into Service Management or Installation Management post, with strong knowledge and experience of all things Fire and Security (products, types of solutions, processes, compliance and legislation, risks, maintenance, installation, upgrades, latest tech and more) with a focus on quality of workmanship, high end customer service / satisfaction and strong commercial acumen (budgets / margins / costs etc.).
