Client DetailsLeading Financial Services Organisation Description As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will:- Contributing to the development and implementation of the overall People Plan, through active participation and by leading people programme projects across the businessProviding proactive support and challenge to the senior management team on all aspects of people and organisation development, driving a high-performing culture and contributing to the business planCreating and delivering local people plans to support this, ensuring they help deliver to critical business priorities and performance measuresLeading the annual cycle of people activity, including pay review, performance calibration, and employee engagementProviding HR solutions to the business on employee engagement, organisational design/restructuring, talent and succession management, learning and development, performance management, and resource planning.
