Lease Administrator Hays has partnered with a market-leading Owner/Developer in Western Sydney to find a Lease Administrator to join their leasing team on a full-time basis. This Owner/Developer is currently expanding with Retail Centres across Greater Sydney and Australia.

Your new role Reporting to the head of leasing, you will be working collaboratively with the leasing team to:
Liaise with leasing & centre management teams to ensure accurate documentation in accordance with negotiated terms. Liaise with lawyers, banks & agencies. Return executed legal documentation to lawyers & centre management teams. Ensure accurate documentation is issued across the retail portfolio. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation & relevant state / federal laws related to retail leases. Ensure deposits, bank guarantees & insurance have been received. Track lease documentation & report on the status. Support leasing executives with knowledge of the Retail Leases Act. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for an engaged and driven candidate with a can-do attitude that meets the following criteria:
An understanding of commercial leases, licences and property documentation is desirable. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. The ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines. Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
