I am looking for someone to lead my client s earthworks delivery, client management and growth across the UK. You are likely to currently be an established and successful operational leader at either number 1 or number 2 position in a business already. The salary and package are negotiable but I have been asked to speak to candidates already on or close to six figure salary/packages and we can negotiate something that works going forward. This contractor is part of a group with a turnover of more than £150 m. The earthworks business presents a significant proportion of this. They have also had a 70% increase in pre tax profit which illustrates their performance. We would like to find someone who can play a key role in this continued success story. The ideal candidate will be working as an Operations Manager or Director in the bulk earthworks sector and will be able to demonstrate a stable and successful track record in terms of delivery, development and business improvement.
