The Senior Quantity Surveyor will quickly become an integral part of the team, developing junior surveyors and managing a number of large packages across the project.As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:Contract administration (NEC)Cost management duties including cost planning, budgeting and forecastingManage the procurement process by preparing tender documents, managing subcontractor negotiations and contract agreementsPrepare/agree interim valuations and process payment applications from subcontractorsIdentify, analyze and mitigate financial and contractual risksProvide the commercial leadership team with detailed financial reports showing cost-to-complete forecasts, cash flow analysis and project performanceProvide guidance and support to junior staff The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor can expect excellent career progression with a structured career path with clear, set goals to progress to MQS, Commercial Manager and beyond.
