Following an internal advancement, they''re searching for a skilled Marketing Manager to develop compelling cross-channel campaigns with demonstrable experience in a product-focused marketing environment. The ideal candidate will show strength in sales enablement, value proposition development, identifying sales cycle gaps, and partnering with sales teams to address them - all for their cutting-edge B2B platform-as-a-service offering to enhance workplace experience within large corporations.Location: Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in their offices near Hemel HempsteadAS MARKETING MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Building compelling product propositions and optimising product websites to drive conversionDeveloping sales enablement materials and strategies to help close deals effectivelyIdentifying engagement gaps during customer onboarding and spotting partnership opportunitiesCreating assets for paid media channels and coordinating product collateral for sales teamsManaging social media presence, supporting events, and developing client case studiesAnalysing performance metrics across marketing channels to optimise campaign effectiveness THE IDEAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in B2B2C and B2B environmentsDemonstratable experience with a product-focused marketing environment with strength for sales enablement, value ..... full job details .....
