We have an annual turnover of 120 million and a development programme that will deliver over 400 new affordable homes each year.About the RoleWestcroft provides supported housing for nine people with learning disabilities. All residents are supported to develop leisure and daytime activities as part of their lifestyle plan. They are encouraged to use all local facilities such as leisure centres, restaurants and churches depending on their individual needs and wishes. Support is given to each person living in their own flat to enable them to develop independence skills, be involved in decisions regarding their life and participate in their local community.We currently have an opportunity for a full time Support Worker (37.5 hours per week).
