Job Title: Marketing Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year
Working hours: 37.5 per week/ Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a forward-thinking brand, where you'll support the Senior Brand Manager in driving the brand’s growth and success.
 
Role Summary:
As the Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns, events, and digital strategies that enhance brand awareness and reputation. You’ll be involved in a range of marketing activities, from campaign management to content creation, social media, and PR, working alongside a talented team to achieve business goals.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Campaigns and Events:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events.
Coordinate the Annual Awards event (450 guests), liaising with sponsors, venues, and third parties.
Assist the Senior Brand & PR Manager with creating and executing new campaigns.
Conduct market research to support client membership data and insights.
 
PR and Communications:
Write SEO-friendly content aligned with the brand strategy.
Craft press releases and feature stories for construction press and national media.
Manage media lists and outreach plans.
Act as a brand guardian across internal communications, focusing on community-first messaging.
 
Social Media:
Develop social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality social media content.
 
Website and Digital Marketing:
Use CMS and Google Analytics to update and report on website performance.
Manage website development initiatives with external agencies.
Grow the email marketing database, improving open rates and engagement.
Support broader digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
 
Required Experience:
Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
Proven experience managing a brand and executing campaigns from start to finish.
Ability to drive brand awareness both online and offline.
Experience in conducting market research and generating reports.
Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
