Position: Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant
Location: Birmingham 
Pay: £13.02
Employment Type: Full time
Hours: 
7am-3pm
10am-6pm
2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for Students at reception.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries in person, by phone, or via email.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and general queries.
- Assist with maintenance requests, ensuring they are logged and communicated to the appropriate teams.
- Help plan and support student community events and activities.
- Monitor security by ensuring only authorized access to the building.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a reception role is required
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- A positive, approachable attitude with a can-do mindset.
