Role Responsibilities As a Support Worker, you will: Assist service users with daily activities, community engagement, and appointments. Encourage independence and personal development. Follow and implement individual care plans. Provide person-centered care, ensuring the highest standards of well-being. What We re Looking For Minimum 6 months of experience in a care role (training available for those new to the sector). Caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Experience or willingness to work with individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.
