Project Manager (Electrical, Nuclear) 12 Month Contract Reading Outside IR35VIQU have partnered with a leading consultancy who deliver critical projects in energy, water, renewables, and manufacturing, with this Project Manager role being part of the Nuclear team.Please note that this role requires Security Clearance (SC).Role Responsibilities for the Project Manager: Lead high-value projects, from initiation to completion, within strict deadlines.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to specification, and to client satisfaction.Coordinate with production and hardware engineering teams.Manage overall financial performance, including specialist subcontracts and procurement.Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of up to 30 project managers and engineers.Oversee all Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety aspects, working with the QHandS Manager and HandS Advisor.Conduct regular client meetings to report progress and address project needs.Support future business growth by maintaining strong client relationships through successful delivery. Essential Requirements for the Project Manager: Strong hands-on experience managing full E,CandI projects in the nuclear industry or another highly regulated sector.Solid customer-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Experience working with NEC3/4 contracts.Commercially astute with proven negotiation skills.Background in managing subcontractors and overseeing specialist suppliers. ..... full job details .....
