As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Line Leader to oversee the largest production line on site, ensuring smooth operations and high standards. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Line Leader to take charge of a key production line, leading a team and ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. With strong performance, there is the potential to progress into a Production Supervisor role within a year. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team to meet production targets efficiently. Ensure high standards of quality, food safety, and health and safety are maintained. Monitor and manage line performance, troubleshooting any issues to minimize downtime. Train and develop team members, driving a culture of continuous improvement. Work closely with the wider production team to streamline processes and maximize output. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures. What We''re Looking For: Experience in a food manufacturing environment (essential). Previous experience as a Line Leader or Team Leader. Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health and safety regulations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
